Dear Microsoft Support. Thanks for taking my call about my Windows 10 issue. But, let us be honest and clear about my Windows issues. I did not call you unprepared. Yes, I've rebooted my PC. Yes, all hotfixes and updates are installed. Actually, my problem arose after I installed the latest hotfixes. Oh, wait, no I did not install them, you did, automatically, without my input. So yes, this is your fault and please stop asking me to reboot and if I have installed updates. Can I please talk to a real Microsoft engineer and not someone in a 3rd party and foreign call center? For that matter, why don't you bring those jobs back state side and let my dollars spent on purchasing your product support America and Americans? As far as the issue, never mind. Just uninstalled the latest hotfixes and all is back to normal. Thanks for your help, I guess.
