Geeksultant Announces New Support Portal for Customers!

Geeksultant has added a new support portal powered by Citrix GoToAssist. This new portal will allow Geeksultant customers to create trouble tickets, send emails and review Q&A content! All powered by Citrix GoToAssist! Additionally, Geeksultant helpdesk and support staff will be able to use Citrix GoToAsssist remote access tools to work with customers directly in their own PC's, workstations and servers.

Existing customers with Retainer Contracts can sign up directly at the portal.

Non-retainer customers, please contact Geeksultant to ask about this new feature and how you can leverage it.
